I am Disha, a certified fitness coach & instructor, residing in Hyderabad/Pune. I have completed 2000+ Live Sessions, 4500+ fitness sessions and taught more than 15,000 people both nationally & internationally.
My journey of being a trainer has helped young teens, college youth, and working adults achieve their fitness goals with a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
Assisting people to meet the expectations they have of their bodies is an achievement for me. I have been doing it for over six years now as a profession, and it has been the best so far.
I started the 24 Days Challenge to push people to reach their goals in 2023, and after so many successful seasons, I can joyfully say that I would not have done it any other way!
